Re: My Mirena Nightmare

I have had mirena in for just over 1 year now. I have had the low sex drive, dizziness, night sweats, breast tenderness and 30# weight gain. I too have gone to my family doctor. Started out with vertigo diagnosis. Then sent me to a neurologist and found nothing. Did some therapy but stayed the same. Now the family doctor is guessing with Meniere's disease. And am now being sent to an ENT. Already had the MRI and found cysts in the sinus cavity only. No MS. Hoping the ENT can figure something out. I still am going to take the mirena out for my own peace of mind. Reading all these stories confirms my suspicions of the connection with mirena and the side effects I'm going through.
