Try K-Mart - they used to sell distilled water for car batteries etc. I rang the company and they said that their water was perfectly OK for human consumption. You could even try local garages / petrol stations.

Also, Pureau (Coles) used to be distilled although they don't say that on the bottle anymore - but it has nothing extra in the water. 100% pure.
