Mascara - seems to give me bloodshot eyes?

Hello there! I am currently looking for a good mascara brand that will not make my eyes red. For some reason, after trying a couple of different types, it seems most mascaras make my eyes bloodshot. But I'd like to keep trying!! Can anyone recommend me a mascara brand that may work better? Or provide any other kind of solution? =)
