Try drinking hot water..........well not too hot, should be more on the hot-side than warm... drink this on an empty stomach, prefereably first thing in the morning.
Squatting is another beneficial "thing" to do.... someone just posted an article about the benefits of squatting- you´ll find it on the CZ Search machine.
What also helps alot, is drinking water with a pinch or more of cayenne and a dash of apple cider vinegar.
