pinworms pregnancy

is there anything safe to take when pregnant if you hav pin worms. i'm in my 3rd trimester. my kids r taking clarkia, & wondered if i could. if not, can i when I'm breastfeeding? I've tried all food remedies [pumpkin seeds, garlic, ect]and all extreme cleaning methods to no avail. thanks for the help. Tweet
