Re: Began growing at 19, now i'm 30. Will it end?

Hi there,

Like you I started getting facial hair around the age of 19 and it had gotten prgressively worse. Mid twenties I tried anti-androgen birth control pills - they did not help. A year later, I tried ruby laser hair removal - lasted a few months and grew back. At 34, I believe God lead me to a supplement - NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) it's supposed to be great for detoxifying the liver. Sounded pretty good, so I tried it. WOW, I've never taken anything before that has helped me so much. I was astounded that within only about 48 hours my hair growth on my chin had substantially stopped, I won't say it stopped completely, but it was so substantial and my whole face was radiant. The NAC also regulated my menstrual cycle immediately, it had been getting progressively shorter over the last nine months, even natural progresterone creams were not able to achieve this. The brand of NAC I used was NOW Foods and I just took one capsule a day - it is extremely safe (though you shouldn't take it if you're pregnant - 'cause it's effects on the unborn are unknown). If you try it, take it half an hour before breakfast in the morning because it's an amino acid and may complete with other foods. Curious to know too...Have you done the liver flush? If you try the NAC, please let me know how it goes for you.

P.S. If you do try the NAC, you may get some detox symptoms, like headache or nausea, apparently about 20% of people do. I plugged on inspite of these short lived (5 days or so) symptoms and found great results with it, not just my hair problem but other circulatory, nail and skin problems as well.

Best regards,

Bronte
