I appreciate you answer very much Lahrok! That was lots of useful information. The parasites coming out when you vomited is rather scary though. I definitely kept the oil down for more than 2 hours which is really good. I actually kept it down for around 4 or 5 hours before it came back up. I will keep going though and I'm sure it will get easier and better each time. I have my next flush scheduled in two weeks and I will try again. Thank you for your encouraging words! Tweet
