On the cayenne, you're working up to a teaspoon of powder 3x daily. So however much you're able to add (up to a teaspoon) that's how much cayenne you use.
I add enough water to make it a "gulp's worth" - whatever I can can get down in one swallow....a little bit more (two gulp's worth) would be okay, but I wouldn't want the ACV & Unyworm to be diluted anymore than that.
