it made me puke

this is was my 4th consecutive liver flush. upon waking up this morning i puked up some or maybe all of the olive oil/grapefruit concoction. my body feels so nasty. i was able to stomach everything during the previous flushes. it will be interesting to see what and how much junk comes out later. i just took my first dose of ES this morning and i can't wait to get all this garbage out. don't know if i can handle another in 2 weeks...if i can i'm probably going to switch over to the coke flush which some report is a little easier.
