Don't Take Fish Oil: Here is why


Most fish oils are rancid and oxidized. This creates heart disease and systemic inflammation. Don't take it. What the body needs is Parental Omega Oils that fish oil does not have.
I recommend: JARROW FORMULA OMEGA NUTRITION ESSENTIAL BALANCE 3-6-9. It is made from organic seeds, cold pressed and is inexpensive. It has an essential ratio of Omega 3/Omega 6 in a 1:1 ratio for proper oxygenation of tissues and the immune system. The issue with Omega 6 causing inflammation is again from the rancid oils. I take 1-2 tablespoons a day and it is available in pill form too. For more info google: BRIANPESKIN.COM although I do not agree with his diet advice his work on the Parental Oils is excellent. For further diet advice I recommend Dr. Joel Fuhrman's EAT TO LIVE. He is the best. He is also on YOUTUBE.
