Misquoting and taking people's words out of context is way of making anyone say anything you want.
It would be interesting to know what the text was saying that surrounded these 'quotes'.
I could easily take you out of context if I quoted you....

People are always using quotes like that, whether about people in politics, celebrities, preachers, you name it. Their quotes have been taken out of context.

The 'National Inquirer' and the 'Star' are famous for using these same tactics. Do you believe those rag mags ?
