The Clark/Humaworm flush does take time to do. You have to prep with the correct food the day before/ no eating after 2pm which I didn't like, then start the drinks at 6 pm and every 2 hours, then the next morning. by the end, I felt wiped out and needed to recover. It seemed like forever, and with a busy life I wanted to do something quicker, so this time I am trying the Coke flush in which there is less time, just involves drinking the ultra-phos and apple cider 3 days, then you just do the flush. I have heard its' a lot easier to do, and really, no prep, taking less time.
