Glycop Question

I'm a bit confused by the prices.

I went to the contact us section to ask them direct, but there is no email addrsss, just a phone number and im not in the US.

At the top it says
" A Discount Membership saves you 75% and only costs $30."

So the prices listed are the prices before the discount?
I don't think so as they seem pretty cheap already but am confused.
