What kind of Card did you use? Visa? Master? Amex? Discover?

Contact your bank immediately, and dispute that transaction.

If your card is Visa, Master, Discover or Amex, you have 99.9% chances of getting your money back, and there are good chances the company will be forced to pay an extra fine.

If they are caught cheating many times, in other words, if many people complain about their "business" practices, they will loose the privilege of being able to charge any card, in other words, they will go out of "business".

Please contact your bank immediately, and explain what has happened. You will get your money back from the card company, cause they are responsible if your card is misused by any company that has privilege of charging a Credit Card.
