Thanks, guys, I just bought more ammo (including cayenne). I am taking L-Ornithine for Ammonia but have been taking a break with ALA because I haven't had time to research this confusing R+ vs. S- issue. I've been using AOR's R(+)SR, but now I am not sure that's the idea any more. If I could only take those lips off and float them in a bucket of ice. . . . . .
