That XanGo is filled with crap ...it as soduim benzoate a harmful perservative and its really a blend of other juices which dilutes the mangosteen.
Try a pure managosteen juice rather than that crap...look it up on wiki.

But please note magosteen might help as shown by this link....just buy a pure form of the juice
