I wanted to add after posting the above (this is a note to all - particularly the critics) - that yes, I have SeMC, etc., (the companion nutrients), but I was never good at including them. A cap swallowing issue. Those nutrients are habitually reiterated by forum owners and many members. My bad. I try to crunch on brazil nuts "when" I can eat. But never enough selenium of any form. Then there's yttrium. Ooops. Skipped that too.

To you, Vbee:

"Normal" range as indicated in results is .40 - 4.20 (this differs from what is noted as normal in prior testing results).

My TSH result was .02 !!! (Was wrong in the post above).

How much lower can I get?? (A rhetorical question.)
