Sprouts and sun/light

If i am sprouting wheat just so i can eat it (not grow grass), does it matter it the sprouts are exposed to sun? The wheats, after say 2 days of sprouting when they are rady to eat, apparenlty get a bit green (growing tips) if exposed to light. Is that in way important, compared to say sprouting in bags, where there is no light exposure so they don't get the green tips.

I'm trying to decide weahter to order sport bags, or sprout jars with screw on straierlike lids.

Thanks
