That sounds like STDs to me. Did they culture the sores or give you blood tests? Try cleaning with olive oil only on that area. Sometimes mothers have to use mineral oil when baby's skin gets irritated with soaps. I would get the std test still as most males do not really have body symptoms of STDs.
