 It could not be an easier to use unless someone mixed it for you! I find people are resistant if it's "too much trouble" ... LOL

It really is not much trouble if they would do it the way I mentioned.  Add a spoon full to a gallon of water and let it settle out.  See, simple. Leave the excess silica in the jug.  As you drink the water add more water and let it settle out.  Just keep repeating the fill the jug part and let it settle out.  Not hard at all.  The water will dissolve tiny amounts of the silica each time you add new water forming orthosilicic acid.  So the hardest part is just remembering to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
