Re: Oh thank you ZoeBess!
I am well~~thank you for asking. My own
MCing has slowed down. Three long fasts
and a good number of shorter fasts went
a long way to improve my digestion and
to heal my intestines. I feel that the
three years it took me to reach that
comfort level was well worth the effort.
I did do a 10 day
Master-Cleanse earlier in the year
but I am currently still working on healing
my liver from all the pharmaceuticals I
used to take in an effort to control one
of my health issues. I have not taken any
for years but figure it may take many
years to bring my liver back to optimal
function. They say it takes more than 7
years for the liver to regenerate itself
so I figure I am in for the long haul to
either heal or regenerate a happy, healthy
liver~~
"The liver is the only internal human organ capable of natural regeneration of lost tissue; as little as 25% of a liver can regenerate into a whole liver. A human liver is known to grow back in no less than 8 years, due to hyptochronatin cells in the remaining liver."

I hope you are able to continue and
complete your Master Cleanse and do it
comfortably. Rest when you need to and
focus on relaxing. I do miss the longer
fasting since it always made me feel like
I had found so much time. One does not
realize how much time is spent buying food,
preparing food, and eating food, etc. I
still find I like the shorter fast, not
so much for the cleansing anymore, but as
a way to focus on a project I may be doing
and also to bring my own focus into clarity.
I wish you success on your healing adventure~!
best wishes,
Zoe
