There is a very strong correlation between exess aluminium and Alzhiemrs disease. If possible avoid cooking in aluminium pots and pans, and use anti-perspirant that is aluminium free. This link is particularly noticable in early onset dementia, while working for the coroners dept we were involved in a major study of the link between aluminium excess and dementia (alzhiemers).
