Yes, oleander usually works quite well with spinal cancers (and it also crosses the blood brain barrier for brain cancer).   I have a few concerns, though.

First of all, the antibiotics.  Those things destroy the balance of good/bad flora in the gut and prevent maximum absorption of her food AND her supplements.  Colloidal silver would be a much better option - a couple of ounces per day, along with a good probiotic.  Colloidal silver also seems to enhance the OPC based on what users have told me.  My choices would be Advanced Colloidal Silver from CZ Sponsor Utopia Silver (but grab whatever is available locally until you can receive shipment), and Primal Defense, which is available at iHerb.com.  Take plenty of the Primal Defense - it will help with absorption and break down the protective layers of the cancer masses to allow the cancer fighters into the cancer cells.  See this recent post:  http://www.curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1448682#i

Next, is the bowel movement issue.  Accumulated material in the bowel contributes to a toxic environment.  Perhaps something like Colon Klenz, also available from Utopia Silver but perhaps available locally too, would be a good idea.

My final concern is time.  As wonderful as oleander and the Sutherlandia OPC supplement are, oleander is not an overnight cancer cure - even though it has been successful in many very late stage cancers.  From what you are telling us, your wife needs immediate help.  Here are some suggestions:

The proteolytic enzymes in Primal Defense should help speed things up.  Next, if it were me I would also take DMSO orally - twelve tablespoons or more per day - to further open up the cancer cells. It is believed that DMSO and colloidal silver are a particularly powerful combination.  Note: Do NOT allow DMSO to come in contact with plastic (in other words, do not put it in a plastic spoon or cup).  It is a powerful solvent that will carry anything it touches into the body with it (that is why people who use it topically should always wash their hands and rinse well just before using it).  Here is one place I found that has DMSO in glass bottles: http://www.myvitanet.com/dmsoliq70con.html

I would also add the strong mushroom product RM-10, also available at iHerb.com This product is a combination of 10 different mushrooms and was developed by a naturopath who used it to beat late stage IV ovarian cancer in his own wife (and that is a very difficult cancer to beat).

Is your wife taking the flaxseed/cottage cheese as per the Budwig Diet?  That too has been successful in some very late stage cancers and works well with the other items mentioned.  It is a key part of my own recommended natural cancer protocol.

How much Cell Forte Max3 is your wife taking?  I would take at least 12 or more capsules per day.
