I just made some and it's getting rave reviews by the Oompa Loompas...
4 large, ripe beefsteak tomatoes
1 large onion (Texas 1015s are perfect)
1 lime, juiced
1 handful fresh cilantro
3-4 large (thick as your thumb) cloves garlic
1 large (size of your thumb from the tip down to your wrist) or two smaller jalapenos
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt (or to taste, or none)
Slice tomatoes and onions into large chucks and throw into blender. As it runs, add the other ingredients. Tada! Instant bliss! ^^ Makes a blender full.
Note: As the flavors mingle, the salsa WILL get hotter. I like salsa so hot it burns all the way down my throat. But what makes my throat burn and what burns someone who isn't used to hot things are two different things. :) So start with ONE jalapeno and add more later if you want more kick.
Juice fasters: Once you have this blended, run it through your Omega or Champion and then you can DRINK it. Oh, man!
