Long time nonhealing ulcer

Hello, I'll try to be brief and succinct.10yrs ago I was diagnosed with a cecal ulcer but MD did not tell me what to do to get rid of it and no MD since has been of help. The ulcer causes right lower abdominal pain, in appendix region.
I had been experiencing chills but since beginning probiotics, azomite and daily vegetable juicing, and generally eating a raw diet the chills have abated. Pain and lethargy continue with a slight decrease in same. I also have a very threatening viral episode which raises its ugly head now and again. Following two weeks of major lethargy and depression, I experience a shingles type rash outbreak on my right buttock. When the rash appears, symptoms of lethargy and Depression start to wane. This condition robs me of my vitality with every episode and am beside myself to sleuth out a cure. Please respond with any good thoughts, remedies on these matters.
