It all depends on the person...but I vote for a little break myself :)

And remember, I'm BIG on listening to our own "Dr. Within"! When we first start, it's hard to hear and know what our doctor within is actually saying (because we don't yet actually know how to interpret what we're experiencing). But after a couple-three weeks on the IF#1/IF#2, if you feel like there's a reason for taking a day/half a day off of the IF#2, then that's NOT going to 'ruin the cleanse'!
