PSA Levels elevating over Time

I have been followed by a terrific Urologist for the past three years. I have had 3 prostate biopsies one when my level was 8.2, another when 11.3, an last May at 14.1. All three were negative. I am tested every 6 months and time before last it was 16.63, this time it went up to 24.6. Doctor is suggesting a byopsy. I have read on these forums that many suggest that sexual activity two days prior to PSA tests may sque the results. Does it? I also have had a PSA-3 test which was 34.8. My father has had prostate cancer also. What does nyone suggest I do???
