Thats a cool story and it makes me want to get a goat or two. The way the big agribusinesses are altering and going after full ownership of the food supply makes it seem like a smart idea to get a few goats. Plus with a goat raised on herbs and wild plants he/she would be avoiding the GMO food that most cows are fed. I also red somewhere that goats milk is good for the liver and immune system. Albeit goats/cow milk is not a human food but could be a good emergency ration. Kefir is really fascinating too and kefir grains can be used to ferment and store fruits and vegetables for 3-4 months.
