Dubya's record as a Govenor should have told everyone what type of President he was going to be. He was going to have a war under his belt even if it cost him his people.
Why he has the notion that the majority of countries look up to him as a leader is beyond me. There are alot of countries that don't like the American way, his way to be exact, obviously alot of voters(and lets remember he didn't get in with the vote) didn't take much notice of the record this guy holds. Compassionate he likes to call himself, Christian even, but alot of people are on to that! Tweet
