In general the starting position is the resting position and you should have exhaled to get to the postion, then inhale during the form, then exhale when you return to starting position...

For Rite 3, you should start with your chin down and body upright and inhale as you lean back and stretch your neck muscles backwards. You should then relax and exhale and return to the start position.

For Rite 4, you should start in the sitting position with your hands at your sides and inhale as you raise your body up off the floor into the table position and hold the position, then relax and exhale as you return to the sitting position.

For Rite 5, you start with your arms straight and your back arched inwards with your head back, then you inhale as you push your bottom upwards to an inverted V position, then exhale as you relax and return to the starting position.
