is this black mold? help

it is right under my ac window unit in the window(the pic is on the outside wood panel right under the unit)

my windows in my room have thisall the black and green in the cracks of the windows.

for the past 2 weeks in the house and at work ive felt irregular breathing, and i think a irregular heart rate but not sure on that but the breathing has been weird feeling and i feel like i have to take a deep breath every once in a while. ive also felt tired as in sluggish. i dont know whats wrong with me am i suffering from black mold?
