I have this same publicity, word by word, dated Jan 2006 in my records.
Maybe true, maybe not.
I would like to read the original text of Dr Clark about this point, and its context.

Read carefully the publicity.
The product seems well done, but publicity could be more... to the point.
"the screws are made in Switzerland"
Is this meaning those made in USA, UK or out of Switzerland are not so good for a zapper?! How this makes a decisive difference pushing you to have-it?
What do you learn about specifications? How this help you taking a decision?
