Afraid you've lost the plot here.
All heavy metals and minerals are inorganic. For something to be organic it must contain carbon.
Complexes may contain organic and inorganic components like haemoglobin and chlorophyll

When coral dies, the organic portion rots away leaving the skeleton, or inorganic part.

Coral calcium is inorganic.
