Phosphoric acid, present in "soda" drinks is especially damaging and often overlooked.

It was impermissible in foods, since it was a mineral acid. But thanks to the coca cola company's lobbying efforts, the congess changed the law to permit phosphorick acid in that crappy beverage called COKE(R) in order that more CO2 could be dissolved in it, to make it bubblier, because phosphoric acid increases the solubility of CO2 in water. Thanks congress for yet another foolish mistake.

For this and many scores of other reasons, governments have failed in their mission and should be dismantled and reorganized as soon as possible
