the body only uses what it needs and excretes the rest, mostly in urine. high excretion rate can be a sign of being fully iodinated or having an uptake problem. basically, without knowing what the base level is and how those numbers translate into total mg excreted compared to amount ingested, etc, then i dont know how to interpret those numbers.

i dont think they have good numbers for iodinated people.
