Questions regarding things I have suffered from an event happening to me

Hi all,
Surfer27 here. I am a 27yr old male. I live here in Ontario Canada and I just had a open question for all, that I was needing to ask. I am needing to get as much input and details on this subject as well as the events that are going to follow. First off, I just needed to apologize upfront because, what I am going to be discussing involves anal sex and what I am going to be describing could be graphic!! You see, I had this happen to me, about 2yrs ago and since then, my life hasn't been the same!! On top of all that, I am now experiencing some problems with imcomplete evacuations, everytime, I need to take a bowel movement. But here's the weird thing, I had a colonscopy done to confirm, if that was what was causing it, but it wasn't. The specialist said, it could be possibly constipation. Here's the other weird thing, when the specialist came back with my results, they said my colon was fine, my digestive tract was fine and that, I didn't have any internal hemorrhoids, no anal fissures, nor did I have any kind of a infection, based on what the specialist told me. What I don't get, is that, since the rape event for me, I have been noticing that there is this feces type Body Odor , or fecal body aura, that's following me, everywhere I go. It's with me, from the time I wakeup, to the time, that I go to sleep. What's weird is that, I can actually smell it and when I fart, it smells exactly like the fecal odor, I have been describing. What's frustrating about this, is: I have had numerous people confront me and tell me, that I literally smell like crap and even my best friend told me, he smelt something funky coming off of me, from my bum area. What could have caused this? If it's not an infection that's doing this and it's not any of the above, I've already mentioned, what would be starting this fecal aura problem, for the last year? Could it be a bacterial problem? Is is possible to suggest, that somehow, maybe during the traumatic event, that I went through, that feces or bacteria could have literally gotten pushed up my colon walls into my colon, or my bloodstream, or digestive tract? Could the event have caused a case of Leaky Gut Syndrome for me? I ask this, because I am at a loss and am finding this to be, extremely frustrating on all levels, since this has greatly negatively impacted my life, on a more horrible plateau, because of what comments, I have been given by strangers!!! I am desperate for help!!! I want this problem, that i am enduring to be over with and I want to get my happy so called life back where it was, 2yrs ago!!!! This has destroyed everything in my life, most of all my social life, because of the comments and secondly, it had a huge negative impact on my self esteem and my self confidence as an individual, because of what, has been said!!! The doctors have no idea, what's wrong with me and what's more frustrating is that, my doctor doesn't believe me, when I tell him, that there is this odor coming from me internally. He says, that he can't smell it, but I know my body and my body is telling me something, in regards to, what might be happening. I am not making this up!!! This is not, only in my head!! This is not a head problem, it is a actual physical problem and I don't know, where to turn to anymore, to seek the help that, I need!!! Any suggestions and help or advice, would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling, like giving up!!! I will say, that this is, something I don't want to live through for the rest of my life, that is for certain!!! If there is a cure or if anyone knows of something that might help me, please let me know right away, so I can get on the bandwagon and start trying this!! Thanks. Take care all. Talk to you soon.
