Yes, this is very normal it usually points to high estrogen levels. I been a heavy bleeder most of my life. As for myself I have to fight being anemic and when you factor in heavy bleeding, my physician was concerned I'd need blood transfusions to get through menopause if I didn't have a hysterectomy. I’m also told I have fibroid tumors, which I’ve since learned is also an indicator of high estrogen. However, I've start on Bio-identical (Natural) Hormone Replacement Therapy (see my other post) and it has helped me tremendously.
