Yes, I´m amazed at just how tough one can BE!
The fear factor is very much present - especially when I think I´m "interfering" with an incredibly functioning organism that often has me in total AWE!!!
Now - a day later feeling even better, pain-wise. No meds involved. All the same have had an x-ray taken but will have to go back to see the doc for an evaluation. I´m scared of not recognising and having taken any appropriate steps just in case there is something that could have been avoided at this early stage - uff - that sounds complicated. I meant preventive measures.
Upper neck - around about where the spinal cord "disappears" into the skull is still a bit "sore".
