Hi Sunfood,

How long do you intend to fast? If for a prolonged period, would you consider adding protein so you don't lose the muscle? (You most likely will lose weight, but adding protein will keep your muscles from being affected. You should also take your vitamin supplements as well.


p.s. I'm new here and didn't see the other post response which was right on IMO.
