Can Tonsillitis cause the white tongue coating?

I am a BB sufferer for about 5 years. I brush my tongue with Baking Soda plus gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide but it provides only slight relief. My BB returns after an hour. Plus if I push a bit on my tonsils the smelly stones come out. I'm thinking of getting a Tonsillectomy.

I've read on these forums that the tongue doesn't produce bacteria and that it only carries it. SO... my question:

Can Tonsillitis cause the white tongue coating - feeding the bacteria? And can it be cause of my PND?

If it matters: I have Acne (using RoAccutane for about a month - works great) + am tired all day long no matter how much I sleep. I've read that tonsillitis can also cause extreme tiredness...
