I tried tretinoin (0.5%) but it just gave me some real dry lips.

They've gone back to "normal" though. I'll try it again in a week or so to see if it'll get rid of the fordyce spots.

Starting from tommorow I'll give triamcinolone cream a try (I've been given this for some dermatitis on my foot)
