i'm not very experienced but all that comes to mind is that the Epsom Salts are so harsh - at the very least, maybe you need to begin, early in the process, drinking water, and... (i don't know if this would be advisable so maybe one of the more knowledgeable folks can comment?) perhaps a pinch of Sea Salt might help with minerals as you start to become depleted from using the bathroom more and more? ...........and if all else fails, there are different kinds of flushes that don't require Epsom Salts ...maybe you can use the herb coptis, and castor oil packs, to open the ducts? i'm sure someone could recommend a better protocol to you than i, but i wanted to try to help because so many people have helped me here before... good luck, GOD BLESS! missy Tweet
