Constipation on humaworm & humacleanse

Hi,

My husband just started humaworm and humacleanse together , as per the instructions and he is drinking a lot fo water throughout the day .

He is experiencing constipation inspite of a good diet and plenty of water .What to do ?an anyone advise ? Is it ok to take something else on the program to relieve the constiptaion?
