I couldn't do a flush without the coke in the mix, even if it's not the best thing for you- it makes THE difference for me.

I also got very sick doing Liver Flushes prior to knowing to kill parasites, which I found I had a load of.

You can make changes like Steve is talking about, and have it work just as well. I used pink grapefruit juice, and safflower oil this last flush, and did well. I've used orange juice with the lemon juice, and I've used limes alot with success. I usually use the Light olive oil, and the cold pressed sesame oil (not toasted) works good.

If Unyquity is right...and the oil doesn't actually go through the liver, but is the trigger for the liver/gallbladder to dump stuff, most any type of oil should work. The extra virgin olive oil is monounsaturated, and supposed to be the best type that way...but most people find that after using it for a few flushes, even smelling it is a trial, let alone getting it down and keeping it down.
