Is noise sensitivity linked to perimenopause

Obviously, I'm asking because I've got noise sensitivity badly. Have to wear ear plugs a lot. Also some tinitus. Am getting my hearing checked, but hearing seems keen as ever. Too keen, even. Has anyone heard of this before? I also seem to be sensitive to being bumped, and my skin is sensitive to the touch--used to love to be scratched, now it doesn't feel so good, but like the nerves are too close to the surface or something. Can this be related to perimenopause (I'm 43 and having other symptoms) or am I just wierd?
