I get my hormones from a compounding pharmacy in Lakewood, Colorado. I've been on hormones for 15 years now - I started taking the standard HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), and discovered the bioidentical ones 10 years or so ago. Premarin is pregnant mare urine - nothing close to what we humans have.
The saliva test is necessary to see what your levels are. My Dr. and I are still playing with dosage, still trying to get rid of night sweats.
