Why Overfat?

What are the top 10 reasons for people being overfat [overweight], do you all think? [NOT COUNTING excess eating which is an obvious reason]. [And Hveragerthi, if you read this, I DEFINITELY want your input on this!]

I have fought excess fat/weight my whole life and since menopause, the 'excess' won't budge at all, no matter what I do or don't do. I am about ready to just live with it, regardless of health consequences or early death possibilities!
