can gotu kola replace ginkgo to stimulate blood strean to head?

from this ingredient :cayenne, ginger root, garlic, ginkgo biloba, red clover

i difficult find ginkgo and red clover

can ginkgo be replace with gotu kola? do they stimulate blood stream to head?
i saw rosemary leaf can stimulate too, but i dunno which one better?
