Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil is extremely healthy and you should never cook with it as it turns rancid at 320 degrees but for salads and daily consumption it is the best. Why in the world can't we use it in liver flush. Virgin olive oil is usually processed and pressed twice not like Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil which is pressed once and you get the freshes oil.
I am in Jordan and we have fresh pressed olive oil, maybe that is the difference???
