Ultimate Cleanse by Nature's Secret

I would like to try the Ultimate Cleanse and Parastroy by Nature's Secret.

The Ultimate Cleanse instructions say to build upon the pills until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements.

Well, I already have 2-3 bowel movements a day thanks to doing Liver Flushes a few years ago. They vary from really soft to formed.

Since already have the desired bowel movements a day, do I need to do the Ultimate Cleanse anyway or can I do the Parastroy first and then do the Ultimate Cleanse to clean out toxic material?
